Can I book a small job?
Yes. Small repairs and punch lists are a core part of Nailed It. Tell Eric what needs attention, including any other small projects you would like handled during the same visit.
Is the online estimate a final price?
No. The calculator gives a broad planning range using published national cost benchmarks and your inputs. Eric reviews the actual scope, materials, access, condition and location before providing a project-specific quote.
Can Eric help with only part of my DIY project?
That’s the idea behind DIY, Backed by Eric. Explain what you have already done and where you need help. Eric can discuss hands-on assistance, a project walkthrough or taking over the difficult part. Scope and pricing are agreed before work.
Do you work with Airbnb hosts and property owners?
Yes. Ask about a property-care arrangement for maintenance, repair punch lists and work between stays. The exact visit schedule, reporting, spending approvals and response availability are agreed for each property.
What electrical projects does Eric take on?
Eric welcomes inquiries for subpanel installations, hot tub installations and hookups, and other electrical work. His commitment is to meet or exceed applicable code. The project scope, local trade requirements, permits and inspections are confirmed before work begins.
